Pomegranate Antiox Fuel

The Ultimate Homemade 6% Carbohydrate Electrolyte Drink for Endurance Training

When it comes to endurance workouts such as HYROX, proper hydration and energy balance are absolutely essential. Training at high intensity places a great deal of stress on the body, increasing energy demands, fluid loss, and oxidative stress. This is why a well-formulated electrolyte drink can make a significant difference to performance, recovery, and how you feel during training.

The Pomegranate Antiox Fuel is a homemade electrolyte drink that I have been using for some time now during my longer training sessions. It is designed specifically to support the needs of endurance athletes and anyone on their journey to better fitness and performance. Whether you are training for a specific sporting event or not, this one is for those individuals who train at higher intensities for over 45 minutes.

This recipe delivers a precise 6% carbohydrate concentration, providing enough carbohydrates for steady energy release without causing digestive discomfort. It also includes essential electrolytes for hydration and pomegranate juice, a rich natural source of antioxidants, to support recovery and protect against the oxidative stress that occurs during exercise.

What's more, this recipe is delicious and has zero nasties. You’ll make this once and never go back to shop-bought electrolyte drinks again!
